AI training and process improvement for small and mid-sized companies.
We help people improve the jobs they do and teams change how whole processes run. Your team learns to make the changes themselves, and we measure the result against where you started.
We’ll look at how your team uses AI now, identify the biggest opportunities and talk through what to do next, including whether one of our services fits. Afterwards, I’ll send you three practical recommendations.
“I didn’t just leave with something built for me. I understood how it worked and felt confident improving it myself afterwards.”
“We cut the time spent finding and qualifying prospects from eight hours a week to two, while keeping final control over every message.”
“I learned how to use AI on the work I actually do. Now it handles the research and admin, without taking away the judgement that makes the business mine.”
Your team uses ChatGPT or Claude
but they’re not getting more done.
AI helps inside the chat window, but it rarely takes a whole task off your plate.
You copy the information in, spend time explaining and refining, then copy the answer back into the tool where the work belongs.
Features already built into ChatGPT and Claude, including voice mode, skills, sub-agents, scheduled tasks and browser use, largely go unused. So the gains stay one-off and unmeasured.

Four ways to make your team genuinely capable with AI.
| Do it yourself | Hire in-house | Have it built | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Licences only, but progress costs internal time. | Salary, recruitment and onboarding. | A project fee, with further costs when requirements change. | One fixed fee. Nothing ongoing unless you want more support. |
| Speed to value | Quick to start. Slower to identify where AI will make the biggest difference. | Usually months to recruit, followed by time learning your business. | Time is needed to scope and build before anything goes live. | Training produces working automations in a day. A Sprint improves a process in two to four weeks. |
| Measurement | Often not measured unless someone deliberately tracks it. | Depends on the person and how success is managed. | Usually demonstrated at handover. Longer-term impact may not be tracked. | Results are measured against your own work and where you started. |
| What happens after | Progress depends on someone finding the time to continue. | Capability stays inside the business, but may sit with one person. | Future changes usually depend on the supplier. | Your team understands what was built and can keep improving it themselves. |

Questions, answered.
Which is right for us: AI Training or an AI Sprint?
Most teams start with AI Training so everyone understands what is possible before redesigning a whole process. Teams that are already capable with AI can move directly into a Sprint. The free audit helps establish whether the team is ready.
Do we need technical experience or new software?
No. If your team can use ordinary business software, they can take part. We handle the setup and explain anything unfamiliar as we go. Training mainly uses the tools you already have; a Sprint may introduce or connect additional tools where useful.
How is the work tailored to our business?
Before Training, every participant completes an individual intake covering their role, recurring work, current tools and experience with AI. We use that to build the session around the team’s real work rather than a generic syllabus. A Sprint goes deeper into one specific process with the people who actually run it.
How do you measure whether it was worthwhile?
We agree what matters before we begin, such as time, volume, quality or mistakes, and record the current baseline. We measure it again after the new way of working is in place, so the result comes from your real tasks and processes rather than an estimate.
What happens after the engagement ends?
You keep everything built and the instructions needed to continue without me. You also get three weeks of email support for questions or problems with the work we completed.
Thirty minutes to find out what good actually looks like, and the three things that would get you closer.
I ask a set of standard questions about how your team works now, show you what the firms getting real value do differently, and give you three specific things to change. You get those written up and sent to you afterwards, whether you hire me or not.
